Wigs by Tiffani™ began with my own story of postpartum hair loss. Since then, my team and I have had the opportunity to impact countless lives of women and children impacted by medical hair loss. At Wigs By Tiffani, we believe every child deserves to feel confident and beautiful. Through our Children's Fund, we create free, custom wigs for young people ages 8-17 facing medical hair loss.
Each natural-looking, lightweight wig is crafted with care to help restore not just hair, but self-assurance and joy. The transformative moment when a child sees themselves with their new hair for the first time drives our mission to help as many children as possible.

We are pleased to provide in-person consultations and fittings at our beautiful studio in Metairie, Louisiana. Conveniently located less than 20 minutes from the New Orleans International Airport, we welcome local, national, and international guests.
